A montadora de carros elétricos Tesla anunciou um recall de 14.684 veículos na China, devido à defeitos de software. A informação foi divulgada pelo “Gadgets 360“.
O recall envolve veículos Model 3 Performance fabricados entre 12 de janeiro de 2019 e 25 de março de 2022, com 1.850 deles importados e 12.834 fabricados na China, de acordo com o comunicado da Administração Estatal de Regulação do Mercado.
Ao mudar para o modo track, os monitores centrais dos veículos afetados só mostram o valor de velocidade sem a unidade de velocidade (km/h) em função de um erro de software, o que pode aumentar o risco de colisões, representando riscos potenciais de segurança.
As filiais de Beijing e Shanghai da Tesla prometeram atualizar o software nos veículos envolvidos sem cobrar os clientes.
